Refund & Return Policy
1. We want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase. Returns or refunds are accepted under the following conditions:
Eligible for return/refund if:

Wrong item sent / incorrect quantity / item with visible defects or damage
→ Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photo evidence. We will arrange a free replacement or refund. -
Product damaged during shipping (e.g. damaged packaging, leakage)
→ Please keep the original packaging and provide photo proof. We’ll handle the issue promptly.
2. Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases due to food safety concerns:

Product has been opened or is not in brand-new condition (unless it arrived damaged)

Product was purchased via unofficial channels (e.g. secondhand platforms)

Request is made more than 7 days after receiving the product

Returns due to personal taste preferences

"Change of mind" returns where the product is unused and not defective
3. Return Procedure:
Please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order and provide:

Description of the issue and photos
After confirmation, we’ll provide the return address and instructions.
If eligible, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned item.
4. Important Notes:

To ensure hygiene, we only accept returns for unopened products in original packaging (except for defective items)

If you placed an order by mistake (e.g. wrong flavor/quantity), please contact customer service before shipment

If your order included promotional gifts, they must also be returned to be eligible for a refund
